If we find that there is an error in the shipping calculation, especially for international orders, we reserve the right to cancel, or request an adjustment to the order.
All orders are sent from our Melbourne location. We aim to dispatch all goods by the end of the next business day from when payment is received. In some cases, it might take up to 3 days to ship your order.
Our preference is that you have the goods delivered to an address which will have a contact to receive the goods. If there is nobody present to receive goods, our courier or postman may hold goods at a location near you for your collection.
For international orders, all taxes, duties and any other related costs are the full responsibility of the buyer.
Our guarantee is that the products will be working when you receive them, and fit for the purposes stated at the time of order.
If you wish to return an item due to a fault or defect, please first contact us within 30 days of purchase. After examination of the returned product, we will repair or replace the faulty products with an equivalent item at our cost or offer you a refund.
All sales within Australia are also fully protected by Australian Consumer Protection Laws and regulations.

For discretionary returns, shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 35% in some situations. We will inform you prior to authorising the return if a restocking fee applies.
Goods that are physically damaged, or not in functional or working condition for any reason other than faulty workmanship will not be accepted.
